If you are unsatisfied with any purchase that you have made from our site within 7 days, please contact us via sales@beanandgrounds.com or through our contact page for a replacement or a refund. Please tell us your name, your date of purchase, the order number, and the name of the item that you purchased for our reference. 

Please note that if you choose to receive a refund for your purchase, the amount will be credited back to your original method of purchase.
